Nothing – Enterprise Vending Group offers you an income producing vending management program. You have no personnel costs, no administrative costs, and no additional accounting costs. Many of our clients use this income to increase the bottom line, fund corporate events, sponsor community activities or donate a portion to charity.
Can we use Enterprise Vending Group to serve all of our locations?
Yes. Enterprise Vending Group is a national management company that services the entire United States including Alaska and Hawaii.
Will our vending program vary by location?
No. You are participating in a national program that allows each and every one of your locations across the board to benefit. Each location will receive the same commission rate and call the same toll-free service number.
How do you know what type of vending my company requires?
Enterprise Vending Group researches and considers the different types of locations that are your business: manufacturing plants, administrative offices, hotels, call centers, hospitals, government locations, etc. Each of these types of locations has very different needs. Furthermore, there are geographic considerations that we address when implementing our program. Depending on the region, state or city that your locations are located in requires attention to the product selection and pricing. Our program is custom designed for each client to give optimum service and product selection.
How do we handle service issues?
Your employees call our toll free service number for any issue they may encounter. This number is available in one of two locations:
- We provide your location managers with stickers that display our service number for them to place on each of their machines
- We provide Rolodex cards with our service number to each location
It is the same toll free telephone number regardless of the property location. We respond to any service issue rapidly and follow up with your location until the issue has been successfully resolved to the satisfaction of that location.
What do we do with the existing vending machines?
Enterprise Vending Group will help to coordinate the removal of old equipment and the installation of new machines so that you do not experience vending service interruptions.
How do we collect the commissions for each location?
Enterprise Vending Group will send you one check for all of your locations.

How much time do I need to invest on my end to implement the program?
It only requires as much time as it takes for you to send us a property list of all your locations and to inform your managers of this new program. We handle everything else from there.
